¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Data Processing Agreement for use by Customers when engaging ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ under the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Master Services Agreement
When Customers engage with ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ under the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and intend to include personal data in the content for translation the ¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ Data Processing Agreement is required.
¾ÅÉ«ÊÓƵ will process the personal data in the content for translation as a data processor in accordance with the terms of the DPA.Â
The DPA will be appended to the MSA.
